Introduction: Reliable, Caring, and Professional Dog Boarding, Dog Walking, Pet Sitting and Pet Transportation services. I have been an animal person my whole life, and I have always had animals of my own. Pongo was the name of my dog that passed away from cancer, and it seemed like the perfect name and time to do what I’ve always wanted to do, own a Pet Care business. The business started in remembrance of him, and he has been the inspiration that has led me to meeting and caring for so many wonderful animals. We are truly blessed and thankful each day that we get to do what we love doing, and for our wonderful customers that have allowed and supported us!

Annette was very friendly and responsive. After talking to her I knew my dog would be in great hands. I left my Cocoa with her for 12 days over the holidays Christmas/New Years. She took great care of my pup and updated me with pictures periodically. I have boarded Cocoa in larger facilities and it does not compare to the personalized experience I had with Pongo’s Pet Services. I will be a returning customer for sure.

Very easy to work with regarding the drop-off and the pick-up. Aennette is so nice that she sent us pictures of our dogs. I am very happy with the service, and will defiantly work with her again in the future.

Annette was wonderful with our dog during his 5 night stay. She obviously loves animals and showed it with the care she provided. Daily text photos of our pet meant a lot to us to see how happy our dog was during his visit. Would highly recommend Pongo's and will definitely use her services in the future.

My dog Joey loved staying with Annette. I was concerned as we had just relocated to Overland Park and Joey is an anxious dog. But she settled in fine with Annette. Annette worked around my travel schedule which I greatly appreciated. Joey will definitely stay with Annette again!

My three pups have found a wonderful person. She is kind but firm. She handles my three lively pups all close to 2yrs old very well. She communicates very well if anything changes with schedules. They love their walks and wait by window each day for her to arrive. Annette provides a great service!!
