- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the frequency of service you choose. Weekly, bi-weekly or every 3 weeks is based at $34.00 per labor hour, every 4 weeks is based on $35.00 per labor hour and any service less frequent than this such as 1 time jobs will be charged at $38.00 per labor hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation with the client either in their home or over the phone to get a feel for what type of service they are interested in. Then we do a walk through of the home over the phone and get them a good "ballpark" estimate of the cleaning charge for the level of service they choose. Then we check the calendar and secure a time that works for both of us to get the cleaning started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been the Residential Supervisor since 2004 when I joined the Buckingham Palace team. Over those years I have worked with hundreds of satisfied clients and feel that I have a good understanding of what people expect in a professional cleaning service. I also work very closely with the individuals that are providing the hands on service and am committed to making sure our teams meet or exceed the customer's expectations.
