My experience with Empower Life Fitness has been extraordinary. Every session, new exercises are integrated in with ones that I have done before. This is incredible. It exposes me to new movements and keeps the session exciting. I also feel safe exercising with my trainer. I have asthma and he checks with me to ensure that I am not going beyond my limits. It's also great because he pushes me to find my limits as well. Another great point is that he has worked with my schedule changes. He has many other clients but makes time in his schedule to accommodate each of us according to our schedules. Overall, I'd recommend Empower Life Fitness to anyone; no matter the age or fitness level. Ben Pahl is very knowledgable and educated. He is also encouraging and really reflects his teachings. This is a great trainer for anyone who is looking to make any changes in their regular routine or start a regular routine (like me).
