Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: My photography stands out from others because I'm very non-conventional. I don't have big fancy studio lighting, I rely on desk lamps and bouncing light. I'm not afraid to push the limits of my creativity, and I always find a way to get the shot I want. I love the fact that I'm only limited by imagination. If there's a pose, concept, location, or idea that I want to do, I love that I can visit everything from thrift stores and antique malls to public parks and abandoned buildings to make it happen.

I recently had a boudoir photoshoot with Ryan and I was absolutely blown away with the end product! The images were FANTASTIC and perfect, they definitely were EXACTLY what I wanted! Ryan was very easy to work with and I look forward to working with him in the future!

I've worked with Ryan on numerous shoots. He's always professional and makes sure that I'm comfortable in the poses and settings. The photos turned out great and he worked hard to finish editing them in a timely manner. I highly recommend him!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm currently a student at the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!) majoring in Photo Media. I'm also constantly keeping an eye out for seminars and workshops anywhere near me. You'll rarely see me without my camera by my side, as I'm constantly experimenting with different shots and compositions and teaching myself new tricks in Photoshop and Lightroom.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started dabbling in photography when I was deployed to Afghanistan in 2010 with the 101st Airborne. I constantly had a small digital camera with me on every mission and patrol, and I ended up coming home with well over 100 gigabytes of photos and videos. I went through 8 different cameras, as they constantly became casualties of war (getting shot, blown up, or somehow destroyed on mission). After returning home, I decided to dive deeper into the world of photography, and I am now pursuing it as a full career.
