Introduction: I am hatha yoga certified, so I can accommodate clients who want power, vinyasa or restorative. Every class has modifications to meet individual needs, from beginner yogis to more experienced clients. I have successfully taught in gyms, yoga studios, community centers, hospitals, etc. I'm also a certified cancer specialist, so I can modify for post-surgery patients.
