Introduction: Hi! Im Josh! Im an independent trainer at a private studio in Overland park, Ks called WeFit. I specialize in working with weight loss and injury/rehab/Neuro-muscular issues such as Parkinsons and seniors. I can train just about any reguardless of there current situation. I wont let joint pain, injury or lack of motivation stand in your way, I design safe fun workouts that are never the same! Whether your looking to drop unwanted pounds or get rid of back pain, I'm your guy! Ive been training over 7 years and have a HUGE amount of experience working with all types of people! I love what I do! I enjoy watching people achive there goels whether it be the 50lbs a client lost to someone walking and doing the things they enjoy again! I have good energy while training so even though you'll feel like your getting but kicked, itll be safe and enjoyable, plus you'll learn a lot while training with me!

Josh is a great trainer! He's been my trainer for 3 years and I'm in the best shape of my life. I highly recommend G.R.I.T.T. Fitness to anyone who wants to get in shape and it's a lot of fun too!

Josh Biles is the best trainer I've ever worked out with. He challenges you but also keeps it very fun and constantly changes things up so you never get bored. He's very supportive, encouraging and non-intimidating. I highly recommend Josh and GRITT Fitness.

Josh's training has been worth every penny and then some. His techniques aren't only extremely effective, they're fun and you can see positive change right away! I'm a brand new person thanks to Josh. Spending time with Josh has actually added hours to my day because I get so much more done with my new found energy and endurance!

What an inspiration to the Parkinson Disease community to have an opportunity to work with a Christain Young Man who has dedicate his life work to keeping our bodies strong, but most of all his enthusiasm brings hope and joy each time we lift weights, box, or "crazy" things he develops for balance. I treasue his influence in my life and his assistance in my coping with PD as we have worked together for more than 2 years. Josh, you are a blessing!

Been working with Josh for several years now and feel like he provides a great training experience! He is both encouraging and demanding! He changes the routine frequently to prevent boredom and keep it challenging and fresh. Best thing is he listens!
