I took my laptop in on a Monday and got a call the next day. They just fixed my laptop for the price they quoted. There was to pressure to have to buy something else and that's all I wanted.

As a computer consultant, it would cost me more in my productive time to diagnose and fix a laptop than take it to Global.
They are usually done in short order, and I have been good with the work done for me.
Why waste my time or hire more staff, when the work is done efficiently and guaranteed.
