My laptop wouldn't turn on whatsoever so I realized it was a hardware issue. I gave Larry a call and within an hour of talking to him on the phone I had already dropped my computer off. within 24 hours he had called me to let me know the problem with the laptop and how much it was going to cost. Considering that it was a motherboard replacement, the price to fix was more than fair. Not only that but they are very professional. They make sure you understand what's going on every step of the way, and even when he called me to say it was done, I told him I had to wait a few days to pick it up and there was no problem whatsoever. This is one of the most professional encounters I've had with any business. I would definitely recommend this to anyone having ANY issues with their computers. The quality of work is superb and so is their attitude. Easiest 5 stars I've given. Thanks for the great work Larry!
