Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The most common are basic repairs and replacement of older plumbing and electrical fixtures. Next would be wood rot repairs and painting.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask questions. Have your contractor explain what the job will entail to make sure they have the knowledge to do the job right.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My personal service to the customer. I not only answer the phone, but I do the estimates and the work on the project. I am always available to the customer to answer any questions.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Helping people solve a problem or make their vision come to reality.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. There are few common questions. Each project is different. It's the answer to the question that is important. I give personal attention to each project and provide as many options as I can to the customer.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I am always looking into new Green solutions for existing home projects. I have found that there are many ways of creating Green new homes but few offered for existing homes. I always want to provide products and services that are required in today's Environmentally concuss society.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Solar. There are many new products coming out that will replace old systems with solar powered systems. I know that there is a new solar powered A/C system that has it's own solar panel to power it.
