FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Over 95% of my business are client referrals and usually consist of "honeydo's." These usually involve plumbing (leaks, faucets, toilets, new water heaters), electrical (switches, lights, outlets, ceiling fans), painting, drywall repairs, hang mirrors, pictures, bath fixtures, rotten wood repairs, and window treatments. I try to handle any and all of my customers requests which have included: build & install sheds, headboards seen in a magazine, plan, build and repair decks, clean gutters, pressure wash tennis courts, sidewalks,& driveways, repair sticking doors, new doors, storm doors & windows, broken windows, replacement windows, caulk and winterize. replace lightbulbs, light pilot lights, organization, clean garages and haul away for recycle, donation, & land fills, remodel kitchens and baths,
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would look for someone who will listen to what you want done. They should then ask questions of you to be certain they understand what you are wanting. I would want to know how they respond if the project is not happening as you visualized the project to be. This is very important, as when they are doing your project they are also thinking about the next one. Scheduling is very critical to both parties involved. Your project is very important as you will live with it everyday. I want you to be very satisfied so that you will refer me and I can provide for my family. Finally it is very important for all lto know the end of the project. Are you wanting to finish(paint, trim, caulking. fixtures) on your own or have it all done ready to use. Then know how the debris will be taken care of and what the surrounding area will look like. I have seen too many times where the contractor stopped and the painting, caulking, etc. was left to the busy home owner that will never find the time to finish it. When they leave you want to be happy with project.
