A. Most common repair jobs come from the user getting a virus or malware on their computer that causes performance issues and quite often corrupts their Operating System to where the user is unable to do anything.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Is there someone who can tell me what is wrong with my computer that will not charge me? What am I going to have to pay if the service professional tries but cannot repair?
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I offer repair service at a much lower price than would be charged by the Geek Squad or other Big Box stores' computer repair service. Also, I do not charge unless I have made the repair. If I am unable to make the repair, the customer does not pay anything.
