I have had an amazing experience with this company already. Being it is my first time dealing with the company, the customer service was excellent and very expedient. My order was logged, processed, and I received an email the actual time they received my product and request. And I had actually forgot to tell them to diagnose the iPod for other troubles, which they had already done for me and had send me an email stating this, being that I was on the phone asking a customer service rep to please include this process to make sure I had covered everything for the best results. But it was already done and their price was excellent and affordable. Thank you so very much, this product means so much to me, and although it is an older iPod, I am a Professional Mix-Engineer with some international acclaim, and I use this iPod to save mixes that I may have questions with being that every recording studio has different sonics' i.e. different sound flavor. So I can use my iPod to reference and make changes. And it is 80gb which helps me not having to lug around the world with a computer. Thank U again iResq. Excellent, excellent, excellent! I had sent my son's iPod into digiexpress before I heard about iResQ. The difference between their cost and service time was ridiculous. When my iPod needed a new battery i was told about iResQ so I thought I'd try them because of my not so great experience with digiexpress. What a difference! I know who I'll be using if anyone else in my house has problems with their iPod!!!!

I ResQ fixed the cracked glass on my iTouch 4 which is a super difficult job, check it out on YouTube. They were quick and had great customer support whenever I called. Now I have my Touch back and am a happy camper. Thanks Guys!

I appreciated being able to talk to technical support via 'chat' on their web page. The service was first rate. I got the information I needed about repair of my IPad2 (I had shattered the glass) so ordered the repair. They sent me a mailing label and instructions via e-mail. The repair and return to me was quickly accomplished and I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend the services of this business!

After speaking with an Apple Genius regarding my classic ipod, they recommended I send my ipod to iResQ to replace my headphone jack. The repair was listed as a sale price, so I was able to save money on the replacement! The order was placed online and the order went smoothly, so it was not even necessary for me to speak to a professional from iResQ. I shipped my ipod and was notified that my ipod was repaired and initiated for return in less than a week (about 6 days).

I had a great experience with iResq. They are very prompt in responding to any concerns and are a delight to talk with one on one. Well i havent recieved my package yet, but the speed of the repair was incredible! I was very impressed. The pre labeled package arrived promptly, the packing was extremely easy, and iresq gave me updates all along the way!!! I will definately be using this service again because they are the only repair service i have used or even encountered so far that seemed remotely trustworthy and functioned professionally and efficiently.

I am happy to use iResQ. The service was quick and easy. I chose not to repair my iPods but at least I now know what the prob. was. I was impressed that they did not dispose of my units even after I left them for several months!

Had iPod touch accidently knocked from granddaughter's hand on a school bus, and it hit the floor of the bus. Glass was broken and back of case was dented. iResQ was recommended by 2 local Apple resellers, and they were also rated highly by the BBB. Am very pleased with their repair, and would like to give them kudos on the excellent customer service. My granddaughter is happy to have her iPod back.

First time using iResQ services. I had a broken and cracked IPad2 screen. Called iResQ, got directions on how to ship IPad2, and cost. Received emails throughout repair work as to progress. Everyone I talked to at iResQ was knowledgeable and very helpful. Work was completed in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend IResQ to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again.

IResQ are the folks to go to for IPOD repairs. Don't throw them out, let the folks at IResQ- rescue them. They are fast, friendly and for the price of an ipod case, they replace tired old batteries, for a bit more they will fix screens, headphone jacks etc.
Good folks! Good Value! I've had had 3 Ipods repaired and put back into use over the past five years.

iResQ is phenomenal! My iPad screen was cracked and of course not covered by Apple's warranty. After months of frustration I was referred to iResQ. The process was easy, convenient, and painless. The moment I looked upon their website I knew it was legitimate. I did not always get that feel from other companies I found online. I sent my iPad overnight on Monday and by Wednesday we were reunited. My iPad looks brand new and functions the same. I am now at peace and can use my iPad without trying to read through the cracks. Thank-you iResQ, your name says it all. The price was fair and more than worth it. I would recommend iResQ to anyone who needs their iPad screen repaired.
