Neil came out right away to assist us with our mouse problem. He gave great suggestions and did not try to sell something we didn't need. He did it in a timely manner also. He was upfront with us and told us what he was doing was just a bandaid fix for now but thats all we could do with the snow. Will be calling back out in spring time for a more permanent fix. Overall my experience was great.
