A. Always know that there are a lot of people who are in construction that do a great job at low cost. Also know that the lower the cost, the most likely there won't be a follow-up if something goes wrong with your project. Always make sure they are licensed, insured and that the appropriate permits are issued for quality assurance. This might save you money and a headache.

A. Cost, A construction company is the best way for any homeowner to get the best deals. It will take more time and worry that a project isn't correct if not skilled or know code requirements on certain projects. Some times the cost may look high, but doing it yourself may even cost more in the long-run. Evaluate the entire job and see for yourself how much in material you would spend at a home improvement store and calculate the hours to finish it. It may look like a small task, and if so, try it out and have a friend or family member in the business help with your project.

Re-Build: Most water leaks in these areas are due to the rubber seal of the plumbing pipe jack splitting, causing water intrusion. We will replace the flashing unit not allowing more water to enter home. The quick fix is sealing with a roof caulking, but this is a temporary fix.
