Gypsy Knife is a Kansas City-based cooperative consisting of young culinary professionals. Our mission is to bring cutting-edge cuisine to your event that will delight your guests. Our five chefs travel the world to learn from the regional source, from Barcelona for traditional Tapas to Tegucigalpa for fresh baleadas. We strive to craft these world cuisines with local produce and aim to elevate your palate forever. Our focus on quality cuisine is enhanced with the addition of bartenders, servers, baristas, photographers, musicians, DJs and artists to the Gypsy Knife staff, making your event completely customized.
