Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Virus removal is by far the most common type of issue that we see. After that we usually get a combo of corrupt windows installations and hard drives that have failed.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. In the field of computer repair you have a few different type of repair people. In my opinion the person should have 3 traits.
1. Know what he or she is doing.
2. Be able to let you know what they are doing in your own language and not geek speak.
3. Be trust worthy. Lets face it you are letting this person have access to a machine that you have probably have account info on, family pictures, and you may have them come into your home.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We provide an excellent services that most big box companies charge 3x more for. We also understand that not everyone understands computers as we do so we relate the issue to you in words that you will understand.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We love working with our customers to get the issue corrected.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. We get asked how long we have been in business. We have been doing computer repair for over 10 years now.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I personally love to work on computers and I find it very satisfying to help someone who has gone to the big box stores and thought that the repair would be way out of their price range. I get them fixed without breaking the bank.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. We charge a flat rate for all of our services. These prices range from $35 all the way up to $75. Sometimes there are more than one service that is provided which will increase the price.
