A. DUI & Criminal Defense cases around the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, and surrounding counties in Kansas.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Don't base your decision on what a lawyer's hourly rate is. Call or meet with the attorney to get a feel as to how you think the lawyer will be able to work for you. Every case is different and it's important to explore your options.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I handle every case myself, clients can rest easy knowing that from their free initial consultation until the completion of their case they will be working with me the whole way.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I enjoy helping others work out their problems in anyway I can, whether that be legally or just helping a client to work through a tough situation. A lawyer can be a consultant in many aspects of peoples lives.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. The most common question is about fees, and while every case is different we work to keep our fees reasonable, and fair.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Lawyers in Kansas are required to take (CLE) Continuing Education Classes each year in order to maintain our license to practice.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. Start preparing to get into law school within your first couple years of undergraduate study in order to get into the best law schools. Then during your time in law school try to focus on practical classes to prepare for whatever field you would like to work in.
