A. Tile jobs such as entry ways bathrooms, kitchens, also a lot of concrete work, no like driveways but counter tops, fireplaces, sculptures, and lots of drywall unfortunately haha
A. Do not let people take advantage of you. People will tell you wrong prices, say things that aren't true, and sub work out to people they shouldn't. Always talk to multiple professionals on the job and with the person you finally choose make sure at the beginning that your on the same page with what you want, pricing, completion time etc

A. simple. how hard it is. I am told i do my work fairly cheap but people still try to work me over. understand we deserve the pay most of us ask for and there is alot of other cost to run the business
A. I worked with a guy who did a bad job for people and decided that i didnt like the way he was doing it and wanted to change that so a few years later that is what i did
A. I did a commmercial job for a friend of a friend and i put $6000 into supplies and didnt charge him for labor. At the time of completion i was to be paid for supplies. A year later i finally told him i was going to file a lien next month.
