I really liked the fact that he only uses natural cleaning supplies, but after doing a close inspection, I found that my house was not really clean at all when he left. His vacuum did not pick up all of the dog hair, my mirrors were left streaked, my furniture did not look like it had been dusted, other than having a swiffer duster run over things (nothing was moved and cleaned under anything), and since I had out of town company coming that evening, I had to spend another 4 hours going back over everything again to get my house clean. He was very nice, but I don't think he cleaned my house well at all. My husband was very upset when he came home and saw the condition my house was in when Josh left, and he said he would not ever use him again.

I am sorry to hear this, I can assure you that all the furniture was cleaned with furniture polish not a swiffer (I don't use them) and although there were many items on top of the furniture everything was moved and cleaned which is why the cleaning took six hours. All floors were thoroughly vacuumed, all furniture was moved and vacuumed collecting several bins of dog hair from throughout the home. Unfortunately with the amount of shedding it made it impossible to keep the carpeting hair free which we discussed as we toured the home after the cleaning. If these issues would have been brought up during our walk through after the cleaning we could have immediately addressed these. I would be more than happy to reclean the home at no additional cost as I stand behind our service.

For the first time having a cleaning service in our home, I didn't know what to expect, but Josh is very personable and professional and works really hard. He spent a lot of time in our den (were pet hair is the biggest problem) and our couches look 100% better. He was here for a long time and didn't seem to complain. However, because so much time was spent on one room, a few small things were skipped over. Nothing huge though. Just a couple simple things that needed dusting. No big deal though. He's great and we look forward to having him be our regular guy.

They did a great job! Not only did they eliminate the dog odor left from the prior tenant, but kindly answered several of my nagging questions with regard to proper maintenance. I highly recommend KC Pro Clean, and plan to call on their services again.
