- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It's helpful to ask if they work for a flat rate or for a percentage of monthly revenue. Managers working for a percentage of monthly revenue will be more incentivized to keep your calendar booked, reviews high, and guests taken care of. Other questions to ask include: - If something happens to the property, what will your first step be? (Ideally, they would investigate and take care of the problem themselves instead of calling you first.) - How do you handle angry customers/guests? - What times of day will you be available for phone calls/inquiries from guests? - Do you have a process/system for messaging and keeping up with reservations?
