In Sync was great. Amy took over our project when it was in its rough stages and quickly created a working web site. It took very little back and forth effort to tweek it to completion. She made it much easier than we thought it was going to be, and actually two web sites were created and are now up and running and bringing us new business.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. It can be very difficult to find a reputable web designer these days. Make sure a web designer is able to show you a portfolio of the work they have done. Then determine if they are a web designer or just a graphic designer. Generally, graphic designers do not know how to market the site. Therefore, have them show you how high one of their clients rank in Google with a given keyword phrase.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. The most important thing is what I shared in the "advice" section above. But, you should also know that the price for a standard five-page website (without custom programming) should, generally, not cost more than $1,500. Anything above that means that you are being "taken to the cleaners."
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Can I have a couple of references of people in which you have done a website?
Can you guarantee my rankings in a Google search? (If they say "yes"....walk away. Google changes their algorythms weekly. No one can guarantee them.)
How do you intend to market the site (i.e., SEO, SEM, Social Media, directories, etc.)?
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. You should definitely get at least two quotes before making this important decision.
