- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One hour session fee is $100. Session frequency is up to you and what you feel is best for you. Many clients will begin with weekly or every other week appointments, tapering down as they feel they are making progress. Some clients will then come in for monthly refreshers or maintenance as needed. Some clients begin with only a single monthly appointment. It's up to you and what you feel you need in order to achieve your goals. There's no obligation or pressure to schedule follow ups, it's always up to you. I offer online scheduling on my website that way you are always in control of scheduling your own visits as it's convenient for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial visit gives you the opportunity to share with me what the current issue is and tell me what you're looking for in therapy. You'll have the opportunity to discuss your feelings in a non-judgmental, supportive space. I offer my feedback and insight and help develop a plan for restoring balance and peace, coping with hard situations, and creating change. Depending on your needs we can meet weekly, every other week, or even once a month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a Master's degree and hold a Kansas License in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as I am specialized in trauma recovery, EMDR, affair recovery, and attachment model couple's work.
