We offer a one-on-one, dual, or even small group training with state-of-the-art Kieser Functional Trainer Machine, "ROM Machine," and full-size studio with shower and locker rooms. Corey's expertise as trainer is based upon his degrees in Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. He is a corrective exercise specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Training is based upon full body movements using multiple muscle groups at one time; thus, burning maximum calories while working out. Core stability and assessment is the criteria upon entry, and once established, more functional lifts will be administered. Corey does everything, from tire-flipping workouts in the snow to planks on the stability ball. This is it!
