- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer my clients a personalized Create-A-Collection process for deciding how to display their images, as well as pre-designed packages starting at $495. The prints and products included in the packages are discounted from our separate a la carte pricing, and created collections are discounted as well. A la carte print prices start with gift prints at $50 each, wall art starting at $95, and heirloom albums start at $375.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a potential client inquires with me about services, I get some basic information from them as far as what type of session they are wanting, what style they prefer, any locations they're contemplating, and about what their ballpark budget is. I then schedule a pre-session consultation with them, to meet and go over in more detail what the desire is for the look and purpose of their photos. We then book their session date and the session fee is collected, in order to secure the time and date. After the session is complete, a reveal & order session is scheduled (usually about 2 weeks later) to view the photos and order the products they choose to display their photos. After the products have been received by me, I personally hand-deliver them to the client, making sure they are exactly what was ordered and in excellent condition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am regularly involved in online study, as well as hands-on workshops and classes yearly. It is important to me to be able to offer my clients lots of creative options, and to make sure my abilities are continually advancing with technology.
