Jim is an expert at repairing and programming computers and laptops. I had a laptop that had stop working and I did not expect it to work again. I took it to Jim and he had it working like new again. Throughout the years I had purchase a couple of other laptops and I prefer to take it to Jim rather than the geek squads for cleaning or repair. Jim is trust worthy and very professional, I highly recommend him.

Jim is very thorough and knows computers like the back of his hand. He has not only fixed a number of things on my system (including installations), but he's given me a ton of tips and shortcuts that make using my computer easier - and way less frustrating! So glad I found him!!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, My fulltime job is in IT support for a University and has been for last 9+ years. I have the opportunity to get regular continuing education training. Often it is directly from the major vendor companies. Currently I am certified for Dell Support and HP Computer Support for our University. (this is tied to the University but the knowledge is still in my head)
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Got tired of paying someone to fix my mistakes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Cheaper doesn't mean better, experience does!
