- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every issue is different, and requires different strategies and solutions to resolve. We charge a flat fee based on each of those situations, and we never charge more than that flat rate. NO matter how long or how short a time it takes us to resolve your issue, we will never change the deal! Flat pricing provides a transparent view of our business practice and how we treat our clients. We value your opinion more than we value your wallet!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We repair broken screens on mobile devices such as iPhones, iPods, iPads, HTC phones, Samsung phones, Blackberry phones, and Motorolla phones. Check for a warranty, look for reviews on google or testimonials on their website. Check for them on facebook and twitter, make sure they have a presence in social media. Call them and ask questions if possible to determine whether or not they can help you.
