- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I study in Italy, when I go back every year and stay connected with many chefs in town and abroad.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have cooked since I was 5. My family owned 13 restaurants so I grew up doing what I truly love. There isn't take day that goes by that I don't cook. I'm sooo blessed
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do about 10 catering's everyday, from lunches for drug reps, churches, weddings, reunions, bar and bat mitzvah's, confirmations, baptisms, birthdays.
