- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That's not the case with us. Our pricing is very simple. Most of our fees on our bench are flat rate. $50 for most repairs and $100 for more complicated ones. Our on-site service calls are $65.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It is imperitive in our line to continue our knowledge and education. Our staff is constantly training and retraining for skillsets and certifications.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love technology, and know where we are headed.
