- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our main business lies in two categories. First, we do a lot of small business support. We have done general software support, complete infrastructure upgrades, network design and implimentation, and everything in between. Second, we have many customers with home computers that call us with a variety of needs. We can handle it all.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The old saying "You get what you pay for" is so very true in computer repair. All of our technicians have atleast ten years of experience in providing consumer and business computer support. We get a lot of frustrated customers that call us because they had the neighbor-boy or a $35 flat-rate repair guy come out and work for hours and never get the problem fixed. That may be okay if you have the time and patience to deal with having your computer down, but if you need it fixed properly and promptly, you need someone who knows what they are doing. Our technicians have the years of experience to back up their knowledge to get the problem fixed.
