Introduction: The reason that my work stands out from other trainers, is that I have actually competed and dieted down properly for a physique competition. If you can do that, then you can more accurately help your clients with their dieting problems by showing them that yes, indeed, you do know how hard this is. Empathy is a must. The thing that I like the most about my job is the simple fact that I get to literally watch people transform in front of my eyes. The human body is fascinating, and it is something that I always love to see when someone's confidence builds up like that.
