Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I do ceramic only on many commercial jobs and also private homes. I let the floor cure before the next step, in order not to break the bond. I did training proper as a helper for seven years (required) with a master. I started commercially for Garden City, KS, high schools. In total, there are seven high schools, one college, many restaurants, three malls Austin, TX; Cheyenne, Wyoming; and Wichita, KS; swimming pools, etc. I never have had a callback to repair or touch up! Then on 9/11 day of disaster, my heart dropped on a private home. I carried on with many tear out and then installed for CCI out of KS City for Home Depot. I felt that clients were being charged too much -- two times or two much; that is I hoped to start without beyond double cost. It was a fact that clients paid me very well. Then Home Depot would charge what it cost to install and tear out the same. Why? I charge five dollars a foot on six by six, seven on twelve by twelve, and depending on layers, six a foot. It is not done in two days, but each day, each layer does have to dry on walls. Water level is used to be on the level. New homes are being done cheap. I am placing on sheet vinyl underlayment in entryways and restroom floors, just what I have come across. I install with pride and heart. Most homeowners wish not to photo their homes, but as I said, there are no callbacks.
