- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all. Most repairs fall under our $49 Flat Rate Repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ALWAYS. You literally have to stay up with the current trends and technology changes on a daily basis. I have about 2 hours of research every evening after I get home, just to stay current.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I could do it better. I had a bad experience with a cell phone repair shop. The owner told me if I could do it better, then to open a shop. I did... He is no longer in business.
