Introduction: I am a certified master Novell engineer and have worked on PCs and networks for over 15 years. I am familiar with most PC and some laptop repairs and general networking related specifically to Novell networks but also peer-to-peer. I charge by the hour depending on the work, and I require a small deposit upfront from costs of the repairs; to be discussed once I determine the issue(s) then also later for labor and any travel. My clients find me very fair and dependable. I will work on-site in most cases.
