I purchased a groupon for 2 mani-pedi's, scheduled an appointment, and showed up exactly on time. She was busy, she (the owner) had me wait 10-15 minutes while she styled a walk-in's hair. The mani-pedi took much longer than an average mani-pedi, and the quality was POOR. Lost 2.5 hours out of my day that time! The second visit (I was apprehensive, but had already paid) another manicurist helped me. This time my visit took me 3 hours! For a simple mani-pedi, which she interrupted several times for personal and business interactions. The worst part about this manicure is my gel nails which normally last 2-3 weeks lasted ONE DAY! I had to go to another salon the very next day to have them REDONE. I will NEVER come back, very unprofessional stylists and manicurists.

I bought a Groupon deal for this salon. Made an appointment and when I arrived they told me they overbooked and would set me up at a different time. Two weeks later I came for my new appointment and my stylist was not there. I called and she said she was out of town. I said I did not get any call from her and she said she texted me yesterday notifying me that she was out of town. I do not have texting so I never got the message. It's unprofessional to text clients instead of calling in my opinion. The stylist said she would call me mid-week once she gets back into town to set me another appointment. She never called. I do not recommend coming to this salon.

I needed an early morning appointment and had no trouble getting one. Everything went well at my visit. I got right in for my manicure - didn't have to wait at all - and my nails look great. I couldn't be happier.

I purchased a group for a shellac manicure and was continually told that they were full and didn't have any open appts. When I told the person that answered the phone that my groupon would expire soon. She was impolite about it! I think they have sold too many groupons and DO NOT make an honest effort to allow people to use them! I will never go to this salon or purchase another group from them. Thankfully groupon refunded me for my purchase.

It's an awful salon. I made an appointment for my groupon and I wanted my hair color corrected. Well my groupon was for all over color. And I said I could pay the difference and Megan said that she had no time for me today because she double booked. How inconsiderate is that? They only have one hairdresser running the salon as well. I do NOT recommend anyone to come here.
