- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. The first deep cleaning on a 3+ bedroom house will be $150-200 depending on how many bathrooms and/or sq. footage. Any apartment or house that is 1-2 bedrooms will be a $70-100 deep clean charge. If you want me to come clean again, I will charge substantially lower, again, depending on the sq. footage but the price would range anywhere from $50-$90
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will talk to my customers about what all I will clean for the deep cleaning and that I will need to use the house broom and vacuum. Then I discuss the cleaning products I'll use and what day and time works! I can chat through text messages, by phone, or email-- whatever the customer prefers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had training by my parents growing up (haha but really!) ..but I also have gotten certified by Merry Maids! Only reason I left is because I couldn't survive their payroll as a single mom. But as well as knowledge of cleaning and attention to detail, I have a passion for clean homes and helping people.
