IT Solutions Pro saved the day for me! I received a new job working from my home office which I hadn't worked from in one year. I could not remember my password and, I no longer had the disk to my computer. With only a couple of days before starting my new position, Brad came to my rescue and completely removed the password so that this cannot happen again. I was very relieved and grateful and would definitely use and recommend IT Solutions Pro.

Brad helped find out why the external hard drive was not backing up the files. He also help update Microsoft Word. He worked on our home taking about 45 minutes. He arrived on time and successfully fixed the problems. His attitude was positive and confidence high.

    I have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems and currently taking courses at the Microsoft Virtual Academy online.
