Jim put up a railing on the front of the house and it has been lifesaver. Work was done fast and done right. Also put a new roof on. Great work and clean up was done before they left.

Jim smith is a great and trust worthy guy to hire. He tiled my bathrooms at a good price compared to other contractors.The final project turned out great. I couldn't ask for a better out come. I would highly recommend this componey

I'd used him before and things turned out ok. However, we went to use him again and it was a nightmare. Slow work-at-your-own-pace, jobs done were ugly and needed to be repaired. Some of the door knobs do not match their latches. We too have outlets hanging out of the wall. We paid for painters who never showed up to do their job (the entire house painted had to hang in the balance of a small patch here and there...). I am currently working on litigation for our painter money through small claims court. I would no longer recommend this company.

I'm sorry that you couldn't get the proper documents for me do to the job as you would have liked, but I can't put my company in harms way by trying to fraud the insurance company. I did everything possible to help you and for you to say that I did ok job for you the first time well here is your own words
(Jimmy has been in direct contact with us regularly and trying to make things as easy as possible for us after our flood. We've had drywall put in, door frames removed/re-added, some specialty cuts/moves we took advantage of, and some flooring replaced. He knew what needed to be done and got his workers in to get it taken care of prompty and efficiently) So I'm really sorry things turned out the way they did but for you to sland my company was not fair to me after all I did.

Was able to get the job done and managed work change orders very well. We had structural damage that he was able take care of for us, as well as meet our cosmetic desires while keeping our budget in mind. Every day seemed to bring new head aches and Jim did a great job of addressing every problem with a viable solution and reliable fixes for an extremely reasonable price. He had a great group of guys to do all of the electrical work (which was a mess), plumbing, and drywall work. Communication with Jim was excellent. Awesome guy to work with. Very reasonable and understanding of ones needs and circumstances. I would highly recommend Specialized Remodel and roofing to anyone looking for remodel work.
