My computer shutdown & I was unable to login. I thought all my photos and music were lost as that happened before due to a virus. Josh stayed and worked till late and came back to finish. He was able to save all my pictures and music. He was professional and I was impressed with his expertise. He answered all my questions. I would recommend him to my friends.
