ArtFX Design Studios is a unique commercial art studio that specializes in the custom design, painting, and installation of hand painted murals, chalkboard signs and menu boards, fine art pieces, and artistic solutions for both residential and commercial clients.
We create custom wall murals, fine art paintings, nursery/children's room murals and realistic trompe l'oeil paintings along with indoor/outdoor signs, chalkboard signs, chalkboard menus, faux finishes, commissioned fine art, holiday window paintings, and project requests that require a unique artistic touch.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Don't wait. Call me.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. General information helps. Also, an idea of what you actually want. Get photos or clippings of something similar. If you don't really know what you want, that's ok. We have creative ideas that can help.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Q: How much is it to paint ....?
A: Many factors are involved in pricing a mural or art piece. Square footage is a factor, however, the estimated time it will take me to complete is the main factor in pricing. Other factors such as equipment use/rental, travel, time issues, and other details are involved.
A small detailed painting can take as long or longer than a large mural that is simple in design.
Each project has to be examined independently.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. The largest and most impressive mural I have done is the trompe l'oeil mural of the Paramount Pictures Gate at the Hollywood Grill Restaurant in Franklin, KY. Photos of the mural can be seen on the website.
