- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Leadership is the key to any mission. I receive zero leadership training in my 37 years in business. I deceided to self-educate myself by reading 671 and listening to business CDs in my car. I'm an extreme introvert who loves public speaking. I was the 11th person hired at my former company and worked very hard to rise to president and COO of a $70 million company with 600 employees. I tell people I have intelligent ignorance. I am so stupid that I don't know what can't be done.
