Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. We recommend that our customers get several bids.
We have all heard that we should get three bids and some of us believe that is to get the lowest price. But all too often the lowest price is not the best deal.

We recommend you get bids to find the best company for you and your family. Companies that have your best interest in mind not there bottom line.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Not ALL that offer to perform maintenance, repair or installation are licensed, insured or qualified to do so.

The most important thing to think about is the visitor's experience when they land in your web site. It's truly not about the company, as much as it is about the visitor's needs, wants, fears, and/or pain.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. The first thing a consumer should ask is whether a professional licensed contractor should do the service, they need. This is especially important for electrical, plumbing, heating, and air. With a licensed contractor, the work they do is backed by a state agency such as the ROC.

The second thing a consumer should ask is if the service professional has reviews. With today's technology most reputable companies have an online presence and have had their services reviewed by consumers online.
