Central Kentucky Contracting came out to insulate the pipes in my bathroom that were freezing due to low temperatures. It was a three day job and the first two days, they were on time and got the work done quick. If it had just been a two day job, this would be a 5 star review. They asked for the rest of the money on the second day, because "banks aren't open on Sundays" and I was dumb enough to fork it up. They never came back to finish the job. I called and texted them and then they actually did answer, they claimed they were getting their vehicle fixed and would call me when they could get out. That was almost three weeks ago. They were so nice and friendly while they were working, I was looking forward to writing a 5-star review, and then they didn't finish the job. It's a real bummer.
