- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to be easier to use. We have a few ways to offer prices, one way is to offer a labor fee for installing your materials. Another way is to offer a labor fee for installation of your materials with NO WIRES HIDDEN. Also, we can offer prices that include all the materials in one flat rate package - complete installs with ALL WIRES HIDDEN. Finally, we offer FREE installation when you purchase the bracket &/or wires from us. We do not take payments up front, the way we operate is as follows: *You schedule an installation appointment & we confirm the appointment on the day of. We arrive to the provided address & survey the install to be sure that what was discussed matches the installs needs. Once we have reached the point of agreement we will begin the install. When the install is complete we will fill out the proper paperwork & at that point we will hand the an invoice. The invoice must be paid in full at that time. Payment in full is due after the install is complete before the installer leaves the installation site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will begin a general assessment of the customers needs. Then proceed to provide details regarding the customers installation needs. We will answer any questions and provide insight regarding concerns as well as inform the customer of important and pertinent information regarding the nature of the customer request. We will then offer pricing and scheduling options. If, the customer wishes to receive a written quote, we will provide one promptly. Installs are usually complete within 1 to 5 days of contact or request.
