Introduction: I coach clients with honesty and real answers. I don't just tell them what they want to hear to make them feel better in the moment. I work with clients to help them formulate a plan to reach their goals and remove the walls and stumbling blocks that keep them from moving forward and growing beyond their current situation. Through truth, compassionate understanding, listening and sound principles, I help people make a difference in their own lives as well as in the lives of others around them. My Life Coaching services are reasonable, not overly priced and I make the most of the time we have together, whether on the phone or online. I do my best to accommodate a client's schedule and be consistent with meaningful communication. Helping people discover their gifts, talents and their true path. I also loving being able to be a part of the process that allows a client to blossom into an even better version of the amazing person he or she already is or help restore and rejuvenate relationships within their life.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Karen as a life coach/mentor. For the last few years, Karen has been my life coach/mentor. Karen is a knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and compassionate individual. Karen is trustworthy and honest and she will meet you at whatever point you currently find yourself in life. In the past, Ive dealt with some counselors who seemed to me to be aloof and distant. They were more concerned about following a certain script/program than really helping me make progress with the issues I was dealing with. Karen is not like that. Karen is genuine and empathetic and I believe that youll find that shell relate well to you! If youre struggling with a given issue or you just need some guidance as you traverse through a current life stage, give Karen a shot. You wont regret it!

My name is Mary Moore. I have worked with Karen in a few different aspects of the ministry for about 5 years. She has edited some of the books for our ministry "End The Cycle, Inc". We mentor children of prisoners and at risk youth. I have also attended her women's conferences and she has encouraged me when I truly needed it. Karen has a special quality when it comes to helping women see their true potential as wives, mothers, caregivers, also their place in the work field, but most importantly, a woman's identity as being a true Spiritual being. Karen has a real gift. She helps us to realize that a woman does not need another human to validate who she is. We are strong and valuable because we are created in the image of God. She helps women who have been treated badly to find the good in themselves. That failing does not mean we are failures. There have been times when I just wanted to throw in the towel and quit due to the fact that I have so many physical ailments, but Karen has always been there when I call to talk, pray, and even come to me to tell me...you know you have a special purpose and God wants to use you. Karen does go above and beyond because even though she has a family she makes herself available. She has been an inspiration and a driving force not just for me, but for those people that would not receive help from the ministry given to me by God. I am always impressed when she comes "to my rescue". Even when she invites me to lunch. She knows my bounderies and only goes where she knows I am allowed to eat. I know that God works things out for my good and I would be victorious because he loves me, but having Karen as my mentor is one of the most inspiring aspects in my ministry and life. FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complicated pricing system. Current sessions are 45 mins to 1 hour and are $45 a session. Payment is expected before the full session and can be paid via payal or credit/debit card directly to my paypal account.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend conferences and courses thru the AACC and ICCA.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Life Coaching chose me. After working in a career of inspirational speaking at women's conferences and retreats and teaching/mentoring, women started to approach me, asking me if I would Coach and mentor them individual on a continued basis. From there, I sought out what a "Life Coach" truly was and the rest is history, so to speak.
