We are Central Kentucky's oldest home inspection company. We have been serving home buyers since 1986. We have inspected over 15,000 homes.
We are providing our clients with the information they need to make an informed decision about the homes they are purchasing. We are the area's only Certified Master Inspector and are fully licensed by the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors (HI-2003 and 2004). We offer you a choice of reports, either our economical express report delivered on site after your inspection or our premium computer-generated report.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure to use an experienced home inspector that will stand behind thier work. Most home inspectors in the area have been in the business for less than 10 years and during that time have completed very few inspections. Make sure you get one that can document more than 10 years experience and over 5000 inspections or you will be getting a novice.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. What are the standards? How is the profession regulated? In Kentucky home inspectors are regulated by the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors (KBHI) which is made up of individuals from different real estate related professions appointed by the Governor. They make sure that all licensed home inspectors operate according to approved standards. These standards include the Standards of Practice of the International Associaiton of Certified Home Inspectors, the American Society of Home Inspectors and the National Association of Home Inspectors.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How long have you been in the home inspection business? Experience in fields such as construction may provide a foundation but does not constitute experience as a home inspector and should not be relied upon as thus. What type of guarantee do you provide on your work? E&O insurance is not a guarantee in fact E&O Insurance provides you no protection it protects the inspector should you sue him or her, don't be fooled.
