- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are customized according to the distance traveled and the amount of time we spend providing the pet care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the new client submits their pet care request, we check our availability, determine the distance to their home & give them a custom rate quote for the pet care service. Once they confirm their reservation, we send them an invoice for payment & arrange the Initial In-Home Meeting with them prior to the start of their pet care service. At this meeting we are introduced to the client's pets, we gather all necessary pet care & emergency contact information, collect 2 keys, security alarm codes, & any other electronic entry device needed to access their home to provide pet care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly researching everything pet-related. I also educate my clients in regards to proper pet nutrition & care.
