FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel that it is hard to give a blanket base price for every project, as every project requires different work and consideration. Some require more lighting and special equipment (I.E. Drone, Gimbal, Camera Rigging). During our initial consultation we will thoroughly discuss a quote based off of the dynamics discussed for the project. Once that quote is established, it is locked in, no hidden fees, nothing, unless the discussed dynamics change drastically. I also have a 25% cancellation policy once the project is started, this means if you decide to cancel the project once work begins, you will be charged for 25% of the discussed quote. This policy starts the two days before production officially begins, as I begin preproduction work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every Project will start off with a Zoom call consultation (free of charge) to meet and talk over the project, that way I can get a good idea of what exactly you are looking for and so that you can get a good sense of what the final product will like. Its very important to me that we are both happy with the final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience doing Reality Tv, Features, and Commercial work as a Camera Operator, having worked for networks such as History Channel, Fox Nation, Discovery, HGTV, and many more. I have a Bachelor of Arts specializing in Film and Photography from Montana State University, Class of 2018.
