- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a trip fee of $99.00 locally, and that could go up to $129.00 depending on your distance from our office. The trip free includes the diagnosis of the problem and the estimate of the repair. If you accept the repair offer. We charge labor plus parts and tax. We do not wave the service fee because those companies incorporated into their total labor to which you in Kentucky are taxed the entire mount. By separating the service charge from the labor, you don't have to pay sales tax on the travel time. Saving you money. again, don't fall for the free service call with repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, our customers will call to set up an appointment. We try to get as much pertinent. Information about the appliance as possible, including model and serial number to Ada's, in a speedy and proper repair. We explain our charges and acceptable methods of payment. Then, we work with the customer to set a date and time for their repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend local and national training events. We are members of the BBB, ASTI (appliance training institute). MSA world & others.
