I continually look for classes that will enhance my knowledge of real estate through our local office.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had a married couple that was looking for a home but their wants were completely different. We would look at a house that the husband loved and the wife hated or the wife loved and the husband hated. As I got to know my clients better, I began to find houses that had elements of both spouses in the house and we recently found the perfect house for both of them.
