Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I listen to my clients! My job is not to give them what I think they need; it is to provide them what they want. I will make recommendations to provide clients with opportunities for lifestyle choices to promote a better quality of life, but the client has to decide what results are most favorable for him/her. My goals for my clients are results driven to provide therapeutic massage and bodywork and have that client get on with his/her life. I am not interested in seeing a client for the same thing with no improvement, that is not really helping the client. If a client does not receive relief within two sessions, they need to find a therapist who can identify, assess, and treat his/her specific needs.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The reason I entered the massage therapy field is to help people. In the wonderful, fast-paced technological world we live in there are lots of things which stress our bodies: work, exercise, worry, family, and schedules just to name a few. Life throws a lot of things at us and therapeutic massage has tremendous opportunities for improving quality of life. There is nothing like someone coming into my office with the weight of the world on their shoulders and leaving with a smile on thier face because I was able to give them some relief and make their day better.
